How do I get an exact no obligation quote for my event?

You can use the “Check Availability” function on this website. This facility will provide you with an accurate quote to hire the band.


What happens in between live band sets?

Don’t worry. We will not let everything go quiet and kill the party atmosphere! We work very hard during the first set to create a party atmosphere and the last thing they want is for this atmosphere to die. Our 5- and 6-piece band options include pre-recorded filler music, and our 6- and 11-piece band options include a party DJ Service.

What does the quote include exactly? Are there any hidden costs like travel and / or accommodation?


No, there are no hidden costs. When you hire Beat Connection, the band take care of everything. All the Beat Connection quotes include the following:  

  • Band hire for 6 hours with standard arrival at 6pm and standard finish time of midnight.
          

  • PAT Tested PA and Sound Equipment
     

  • An experienced sound engineer present at every performance, so you know that the sound for your event is always in great hands. 

  • PAT Tested Stage lighting

  • 2 Live Shows of about 60 Minutes each.

  • Filler party music for the 5- and 6-piece band. A party DJ service for the 7- and 11-piece band options.  

  • Your choice of first dance played live by the band.
     

  • Full Public Liability Insurance to the value of £5,000,000.

Can I see the band live before booking?

This is a little tricky. Beat Connection do not play pubs or public venues, only private events. When we play, we want to focus on doing the best job we can for our client, not use their event to market to potential future ones. This is why we have invensted time and money in live video footage, so that you can see exactly what you get. We have also posted testimonials on this website to ensure you can book with confidence and peace of mind.

Can Beat Connection play outside?

Outside is fine as long as the performance area is level, safe, stable, covered and not exposed to the elements. However, just playing in a garden with nothing over our heads is a big health and safety no-no.

Will you learn our first dance?

Of course! We would be delighted to. And, if you are not too sure what first dance to pick, we can also provide support in picking something that will be right for you. And for those of you who want something truly special, don’t forget our bespoke wedding song service.

Is your equipment PAT Tested?

Yes, meticulously and regularly, and we will make sure we send this to your venue in advance of the event, for their (and your) peace of mind.

Do you have Public Liability Insurance?

Yes, we carry full public liability cover to the vaue of £5m.
